Multigrain Atta can be used to make delicious parathas such as aloo paratha, paneer paratha, palak paratha, methi paratha etc.
MULTIGRAIN CHAPATI
INGREDIENTS:
Multigrain Atta: 2 cups
Hot water: 1 cup
Salt: as per taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Take the above ingredients in a bowl, knead well and make 10 to 12 dough balls.
- Prepare chapatis and roast the same on a pan on both sides.
MULTIGRAIN PARATHA
INGREDIENTS:
Multigrain Atta: 2 cups
Hot water: 1 cup
Salt: as per taste
Coriander leaves: chopped as required
Pudina (mint) leaves: chopped as required
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Take the above ingredients in a bowl, knead well and make 6 to 8 dough balls.
- In a pan, roast parathas on both sides with little oil.
- Serve hot parathas with pickle or chutney
